August 10, The Ministry of Science and Technology has issued Circular 11/2022/TT-BKHCN on the abolition of legal documents issued by the Minister of Science and Technology regulating the method of determining the localization rate for automobiles.. This Circular takes effect from October 1, 2022.
Specifically, Circular 11/2022/TT-BKHCN abolished all 3 following legal documents:

The first, Decision No. 28/2004/QD-BKHCN dated October 1, 2004 of the Minister of Science and Technology on methods to determine the localization rate for cars.

Monday, Decision No. 05/2005/QD-BKHCN dated May 11, 2005 of the Minister of Science and Technology on amending, Supplementing Decision No. 28/2004/QD-BKHCN dated October 1, 2004 of the Minister of Science and Technology on methods to determine the localization rate for cars.

Tuesday, Circular No. 05/2012/TT-BKHCN dated March 12, 2012 of the Minister of Science and Technology on amending, Supplementing Article 1 of Decision No. 05/2005/QD-BKHCN dated May 11, 2005 of the Minister of Science and Technology on amending, Supplementing Decision No. 28/2004/QD-BKHCN dated October 1, 2004 on methods for determining the localization rate for cars.
