EU IMPLEMENTING REGULATION NO. 2022/1322 ON LIST OF PRODUCTS TO BE CHECKED AT BORDER GATE
July 25, 2022, The EU issues Implementing Regulation No. 2022/1322.
Regulations issued amending Implementing Regulation No. 2021/632 (* ) relating to the category of products of animal origin including livestock, poultry, seafood products…, Their by-products and mixed products are subject to official controls at border checkpoints.
The above regulations take effect from August 29, 2022

(*)Implementation regulations (EU) 2021/632 April 13, 2021 (https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/en/ALL/?uri=CELEX:32021R0632) sets out the rules for applying the Regulations (EU) 2017/625 of the European Parliament and of the Council relating to the list of animals, products of animal origin, embryo products, animal by-products, mixed products, Hay and straw are subject to official control at border checkpoints.
