What Are Chemicals??
Chemicals are a type of raw material widely used in daily life and industries.
In the field of chemistry, Chemicals are also known as chemicals, is a product of the chemical industry. According to the provisions of Article 4 of the Chemical Law 2018, chemical is defined as:

In import and export activities, Chemicals are identified through unique codes called Chemical Abstracts Service codes (CAS).
When making international sales transactions, For normal goods, only basic documents such as contracts are needed, bill, and packing slip.
However, for chemicals, The seller must provide additional Chemical Safety Instructions (MSDS). This document helps check detailed information about chemicals, dangerous level, and CAS code.

Types of Chemicals Prohibited from Import
According to Appendix III of Decree 113/2017/ND-CP, Chemicals banned from import are highly dangerous substances, such as Sarin, Tabun – poisons that are 26 times more deadly than Cyanide.
Therefore, they are banned for use worldwide, including Vietnam.
In case of emergency, use for scientific research or national defense and security purposes, Enterprises must receive approval from the Prime Minister through a proposal from the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
When carrying out chemical import procedures, Businesses need to pay attention to the list of prohibited goods according to Decree 113/2017/ND-CP, include:
