Import process

  1. Step 1: Declare customs declaration

    • Print the declaration and submit documents at the customs department.

  • Application for declaration of conformity: According to the prescribed form.

  • Copy of Business Registration Certificate or Investment Certificate.

  • Certificate of free circulation (CFS): Issued by the exporting country.

  • Product label: Or a photo of the label and a draft of the secondary label.

Conformity certification process

  1. Step 1: Evaluate suitability

    • Send 4 tire samples and technical documents to the testing agency for testing QCVN 34:2017/BGTVT.

    • Testing time: 15 days.

  2. Step 2: Submit application for declaration of conformity

    • Submit your application to a specialized agency designated by the Ministry of Transport or the Provincial/City People's Committee (Usually the Registry Department).

  3. Step 3: Document processing

    • If the records are incomplete, Specialized agencies make additional announcements in 3 working days.

    • If not add later 15 days, profile will be destroyed.

    • If the profile is valid, issuing agency Notice of receipt of dossiers announcing conformity with regulations in 5 working days.

  4. Step 4: Get results
