REVISED EU REGULATIONS ON RESIDES OF CERTAIN PESTICIDE ACTIVE INGREDIENTS ON CERTAIN PRODUCTS
The EU has just issued the Regulation (EU) No. 2022/1324, dated July 28, 2022 on amending Annexes II and III of the Regulations (EC) No. 396/2005 of the European Parliament and the EU regulates maximum residues of pesticides.
Accordingly, the Regulation amends Annexes II and III of the Regulation (EC) No. 396/2005 of the European Parliament and the EU regulates the maximum residue residue of pesticides including the active ingredient benzovindiflupyr, boscalid, fenazaquin, fluazifop-P, flupyradifurone, fluxapyroxad, fosetyl-Al, isofetamid, metaflumizone, pyraclostrobin, spirotetramat, thiabendazole and tolclofos-methyl in or on some fresh fruit products, frozen vegetables, oil seeds, cereal, products of animal origin…
